Latest WebsiteBox news and press releases

(Toronto) -- July 14, 2015 - WebsiteBox, the company that offers do-it-all real-estate websites for a one-time $99 fee, today introduced a volume purchase deal for brokerages and their agents.

For brokerage bulk purchases of 100 licenses, WebsiteBox will charge a one-time fee of $999 -- $9.99 per site -- including unlimited user training via interactive webinars.

"Our volume discount and training program will help brokerages boost their brand awareness and control how their companies are represented online," said Peyman Aleagha, CEO and founder of WebsiteBox.

Good Websites Make Good Agents

According to a recent WebsiteBox survey of 176 real estate brokers and managers, companies that provide agents with professional websites and related marketing tools are more likely to successfully recruit, train and retain agents.

"The broker with the best tools rules," Aleagha said about the survey results. "Agents are more effective if they’ve got sites with quality content and lead-generation tools that bring in deals."

Every WebsiteBox website comes with ready-to-publish content and search engine optimization. Each site incorporates responsive design for mobile-friendly performance, lead capture and customer relationship management capabilities in an all-in-one control panel, a branded email address, 24/7 website hosting and full Internet Data Exchange search integration with more than 300 multiple-listing services.

Jeff Maass, broker/co-owner of Regency Real Estate Brokers in Orange County, Calif., already has purchased 175 WebsiteBox licenses.

"We provide WebsiteBox sites free to all of our new incoming agents, as we realize the benefits for agents with little or no knowledge of site building," Maass said. "In the end, all we want is for our agents to be successful, and for Regency to be well represented in the community."

(Toronto) -- March 31, 2015 - WebsiteBox, the company that offers do-it-all real estate websites with IDX for a one-time $99 fee, today announced IDX integration with 40 additional North American multiple listing services (MLSs). WebsiteBox now supports 300 boards throughout the United States and Canada.

Agents and brokers use IDX (Internet Data Exchange) technology to allow buyers to search MLS listings from real estate websites. WebsiteBox builds into its website templates a search gadget, or tool, that site owners can use on every web page.

WebsiteBox users can customize the gadget in five different ways to help property buyers easily find the MLS listings that most appeal to them.

Our flexible IDX gadget helps buyers find through your WebsiteBox website all the sales listings that fit the criteria most important to them, said Peyman Aleagha, WebsiteBox chief executive officer and founder. As a result, you keep buyers coming back. And the more often customers return to your site, the more likely you are to convert their searches into sales.

(Toronto) -- February 24, 2015 - Jeff Maass, broker/co-owner of Regency Real Estate Brokers of Orange County, Calif., had spent thousands of dollars in recent years on software and website products for his agency of 175 real estate professionals. He was consistently disappointed, though, until he came across the pay-one-time for areal estate website with IDX offering from WebsiteBox.

I was stunned, Maass recalled. This little $99 website from WebsiteBox had everything I was looking for.

Every WebsiteBox website comes with ready-to-publish content and search engine optimization. Each site incorporates responsive design for mobile-friendly performance, lead capture and customer relationship management capabilities in an all-in-one control panel, a branded email address, 24/7 website hosting and full Internet Data Exchange (IDX) search integration.

It became obvious to me very quickly that I needed to get this product into the hands of as many of our agents as possible, Maas said.

So Maass purchased a $99 WebsiteBox website for every agent in his office, and added a short course from our technology department. Within days of initiating their websites, Regency agents were online with a custom WebsiteBox website.

Maass said Regency agents often purchase additional $99 WebsiteBox sites to help them market special properties or promote particular real estate segments.

Such niche efforts allow us to be in front of the greatest number of potential clients at the lowest price per impression, Maass said.

Impressive Results

Regency adopted WebsiteBox in 2013. Since then, according to analysis from Real Data Strategies, Regency is ranked number one in total sales in the majority of cities of southern Orange County, a highly competitive, upscale housing market.

Our company is very agent-centric, Maass said. In the end, all we want is for our agents to be successful and well represented in their communities. WebsiteBox is a big part of how we do that.

(Toronto) -- January 30, 2015 - With one-in-four homebuyers checking out real estate websites with a smartphone or a tablet, it is imperative that agents ensure that their professional websites show well on mobile devices, according to Peyman Aleagha, CEO of WebsiteBox, the technology company that provides real estate professionals with complete websites for a one-time $99 fee.

After a National Association of REALTORS/Google Digital House Hunt study indicated that 89 percent of homebuyers use mobile search, WebsiteBox compiled its own research to help agents understand why a mobile-friendly -- also known as responsive -- website is so important.

More homebuyers are going mobile: they require access anywhere at any time. If they are in a neighborhood and see a property for sale, they expect to get the listing details immediately, Aleagha said.

Analytics culled from 11,000 WebsiteBox-hosted websites -- illustrated in an infographic -- revealed that buyers with smartphones (74 percent) and buyers with tablets (26 percent) spend less time on agent sites than do other users. While desktop users typically spend 5:17 minutes on real estate websites, tablet and smartphone users spend 4:02 minutes and 2:30 minutes, respectively.

All the more reason to make sure your website really pops on a mobile device, Aleagha pointed out.

According to WebsiteBox-derived data, the three mobile platforms most often used for property searches are, in order of preference: Apples iPhone and iPad, and Samsungs Galaxy smartphones.

And just where are the most tech-forward house hunters? California, Florida, Texas, Georgia and New York, according to the WebsiteBox research. Homebuyers in Arkansas, Iowa, Delaware, Idaho and Mississippi are least likely to use mobile search.

(Toronto) -- January 22, 2015 - What do homes typically sell for in this neighborhood? What are the area’s demographics? How many students are enrolled in the local elementary school?

Prospective homebuyers want answers to questions like these before they get serious about purchasing property in a particular location.

That’s why WebsiteBox, the technology company that provides real estate professionals with complete websites for a one-time $99 fee, today announced a partnership with FindTheBest, a research engine that provides detailed information on thousands of topics, including real estate and local places data. The partnership will allow WebsiteBox users direct access to FindTheBest’s data on property sales trends, commuting options, area weather, and more -- giving homebuyers the answers to important questions they trust agents to answer.

"The data generated from FindTheBest is presented to home buyers in charts that are good looking and easy to understand," said Peyman Aleagha, founder and chief executive of WebsiteBox. "And, of course, buyers who find useful content like this on your real estate websites will spend more time on your sites and are more likely to call on you when they are ready to buy."

Starting now, WebsiteBox users will be able to enhance their site with direct access to data from FindTheBest, presented in an easy-to-understand visual. These visuals will be automatically included for new users. Existing users can add the content at no additional cost. Information on how to add FindTheBest’s data visuals to WebsiteBox websites is available here: https://community.websitebox.com/websitebox/topics/how-to-enable-find-the-best-date-for-your-community

"This partnership with WebsiteBox is an exciting application of our technology that we're confident will help WebsiteBox users and homebuyers in the tedious process of researching the place a person plans to call home," said Alex Rosenberg, senior director of new products at FindTheBest.

(Toronto) -- December 29, 2014 - WebsiteBox, a technology company that provides real estate professionals with complete websites for a one-time $99 fee, today announced the availability of two new apps: an app that allows users to receive instant text-message alerts every time their website generates a new lead, and another app that allows users to create and track unlimited Quick Response (QR) codes.

The Mobile Notifications app instantly notifies WebsiteBox users by cellphone whenever their websites generate a new sales lead. The app works with all mobile carriers and devices.

The Notifications app reach agents by cellphone wherever they happen to be, allowing them to respond to leads more quickly, said WebsiteBox CEO Peyman Aleagha. We know that the faster an agent responds to a lead, the more likely a sale will result.

The QR Code app helps WebsiteBox users drive traffic to their websites and listings by generating QR codes for print-marketing pieces like business cards, flyers, post cards, lawn signs and letterhead.

Real estate is one of the few industries benefitting from QR codes because interested buyers are motivated to scan them and find out about properties as quickly as they can, Aleagha said. With this app, Realtors can create unique QR codes and track them to see where leads are coming from.

Automatically integrated with WebsiteBox websites, the Mobile Notification and QR Code apps can be purchased, for $99 each, from the WebsiteBox App Store: https://www.websitebox.com/realtors/apps-extras.php.

(Toronto) -- December 15, 2014 - In this era of online marketing, why are business cards, flyers, post cards and lawn signs still essential tools of real-estate sales effortseven though there isnt overwhelming evidence for a return on investment (ROI)?

Print-marketing tools appear to produce fewer sales leads than online-marketing efforts, according to the results of a November 2014 WebsiteBox survey of 369 real estate professionals in the United States and Canada.

But print marketing continues to be popular, because agents intuitcorrectlythat print drives local traffic to websites, and delivers sales leads to email inboxes, said Peyman Aleagha, chief executive and founder of WebsiteBox, a provider of $99 do-it-all websites for real estate professionals.

Its no surprise then, that 99 percent of survey respondents said they include website addresses in their print marketing. And use of social media informationFacebook or Pinterest, for examplewas reported by 54 percent of respondents.

While they continue to rely on print, respondents said that only 13 percent of their sales leads come from traditional print promotion vs. 21 percent of leads originating from online marketing.

This seeming contradiction may result from misunderstanding how print can work in concert with online marketing, according to Aleagha, and that less than half (42 percent) of respondents calculate the ROI for their print-marketing efforts.

On the other hand, it might not matter: The survey found that 60 percent of real estate sales leads come from good old-fashioned referrals.

DIY Design
A majority of respondents66 percentsaid they designed their own print pieces using graphics software packages like Adobe Photoshop or web-based tools, like those from Vistaprint. The top self-designed items, according to the survey, are business cards, flyers, post cards, lawn signs and letterhead.

Despite saving on design costs, 60 percent of respondents reported that they typically spent more than $500 annually on print promotion. A sizable majority80 percentsaid they felt they should be spending even more.

What would these respondents print if they had a bigger print-marketing budget? More postcards, naturally. And branded presentation folders. And items like promotional coffee mugs, key chains, and flash drives, they told WebsiteBox.

(Toronto) -- November 28, 2014 - Ten-year real-estate veteran Michael Sensing was frustrated with the technology tools hed cobbled together to help him find and cultivate customers in Goldsboro, N.C.

I had built a couple of WordPress sites and had a high-end website, but I couldnt really get them to work together, said Sensing, an agent with Goldsboros Berkshire Hathaway McMillen & Associates Realty. It was a constant battle.

When a friend suggested a real estate website fromWebsiteBox, Sensing was skeptical. The companys $99 one-time price sounded great, but he was concerned he wouldnt get the features he needed.

What Sensing needed was a robust Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system that included drip marketing campaigns to automate his follow ups and turn prospects into clients. After trying WebsiteBox, Sensing said he was, admittedly, impressed.

I was quickly able to create my website and then customize it to fit my needs, he said. WebsiteBox offers the most comprehensive package of tools that Ive seen. There is a whole suite of marketing tools that can be used as is or to easily customize."

Using WebsiteBoxs Content Ready Drip Marketing Campaigns and Action Plans tool, Sensing set up his custom campaigns. His database steadily grew and he tracked his results: In less than four months, hed collected more than 300 prospects and had four sales pending. The online marketing effort was so successful that he hired a marketing assistant to help him keep up with the inquiries.

WebsiteBox allowed me to get rid of several expensive programs and put all my efforts into a single platform so I can concentrate on generating leads and closing sales, Sensing said. Its without a doubt the best value on the market.

About WebsiteBox:

Launched in January, 2013 by Internet entrepreneur and real estate marketing expert Peyman Aleagha, WebsiteBox is a Toronto-based startup offering feature-rich, mobile-friendly real estate websites and tools for agents, teams and offices at a one-time, $99 price the lowest in the market. WebsiteBox is quickly gaining prominence in both the real estate and entrepreneurial markets. Less than six months after launching as a real estate technology startup, WebsiteBox was named to HousingWire Magazines inaugural RETech:50 list of top real estate technology firms for 2013.

(Toronto) - October 23, 2014 Theres sales-lead gold in website search-engine optimization, but most real estate agents have no effective way to mine it.

That was the most telling discovery from a recent survey that asked 342 North American real-estate agents and brokers if -- and how -- they used search engine optimization, also called SEO, to uncover sales prospects.

The survey was conducted in August by WebsiteBox, the technology firm that offers do-it-all real estate websites for a $99 one-time fee.

We already know that search is the number-one traffic driver to real-estate websites and that search is way more important than social media, said Peyman Aleagha, WebsiteBox CEO. So, if 90 percent of prospective home buyers search online, and three-quarters of those buyers never click past the first page of search results, then its crucial to make sure your website shows up at the top of those results.

Big Three: Keywords, Coding and Content

Survey respondents who were all WebsiteBox customers and real estate professionals indicated they have a basic understanding of what SEO means: encouraging search engines like Google and Bing to direct interested property buyers to their business websites and sales listings. In fact, 83 percent said they believed SEO to be the most important source of online sales-lead generation.

The WebsiteBox survey results suggested that most realtors are making an effort to comply with best SEO practices: relevant keywords, compelling content, and sound website coding. More than half of the respondents said they already use keyword research, and 35 percent said they employ website meta-tags and backlinks. A respectable 45 percent said they are blogging and posting content that buyers would find useful.

For all their effort, few respondents (4.9 percent) said they generated referrals through SEO. The problem may be that the agents are using the wrong tools. Indeed, 69 percent of the WebsiteBox survey respondents said the tools they have dont seem to get the SEO job done.

Agents Lack Time, Money, Expertise for SEO

Could it be that they dont have the budget to spend on professional tools for real estate SEO? Currently, the majority of respondents (80 percent) spend less than $500 per year on SEO tools, and 85 percent use SEO tools and tactics less than 10 hours per month.

Aleagha pointed out that 75 percent of survey respondents said they dont know how to create content that encouraged SEO. And few would feel comfortable hiring an SEO expert: 75 percent said they want to manage SEO themselves.

Lets face it, Aleagha said, Most real estate agents arent SEO experts. They dont write code. They dont know how to find viable keywords, and they dont blog. So, they drum up leads the old-school way, and miss out on the gold.

Aleagha said the survey helped WebsiteBox product developers create easy-to-use, low-cost SEO add-on tools that integrate seamlessly with WebsiteBox websites. The company recently introduced an SEO app that offers WebsiteBox users SEO keyword, coding and content help.

(Toronto) - October 16, 2014 WebsiteBox, a technology startup that provides real estate professionals with a do-it-all website for a one-time fee of $99, today announced Prints App, an easy-to-use application for producing printed real-estate marketing materials. With Prints App, agents quickly can produce professional-quality marketing collateral.

Real estate agents rely on print marketing for branding, to connect with former clients, and to attract new clients, said WebsiteBox CEO Peyman Aleagha. While much of the real estate world is moving online, a creative and consistent print marketing campaign is still essential to increasing a Realtors visibility within the community. Whats more, quick, clean messages on brochures, flyers, and other literature can ultimately drive traffic to a real estate website.

Automatically integrated with WebsiteBox websites, Prints App pulls information from listings for use in print materials. Agents can use the app to create vibrant business cards, newsletters, flyers, postcards, letterheads, property sheets, and other materials in three simple steps:

1. Agents select the type of print piece and layout they want to create. The prints wizard helps users customize the piece with intuitive drag-and-drop editing tools.
2. Next, the app automatically loads data from the multiple listing service. No manual data entry is needed.
3. In the final step, the app turns the marketing collateral into a high-resolution PDF file that agents can print immediately. Or, place an order to have it professionally printed and delivered right to their doorstep. PrintChomp, a WebsiteBox partner will fulfill the order allowing Realtors to manage their entire print project from the app.

Prints App provides Realtors with a straightforward and inexpensive way to share news, tell a success story, or invite buyers to a new listing all from one simple platform, Aleagha said.

Customers can purchase the $99 WebsiteBox Prints App on the WebsiteBox website Apps & Extras page: [URL]https://www.websitebox.com/realtors/apps-extras.php. More information is available from Marketing Manager Chad Bhalla. Contact: chad.bhalla(at)websitebox(dot)com, or 1-866-857-1657 x1113.

(Toronto) - August 13, 2014 WebsiteBox, a technology startup that provides real estate professionals a do-it-all website for a one-time fee of $99, introduces a new SEO app to its do-it-all offering. SEO Web App provides real estate professionals with a fundamental component of a marketing strategy the tools to drive more traffic to their site.

Search Engine Journal found that 93 percent of online experiences begin with a search engine, proving that search engine optimization is imperative for a business to succeed. To trigger more organic traffic to their websites, real estate agents can use the WebsiteBox SEO Web app to identify top keyword suggestions. It also helps agents understand how their websites rank against competing websites.

With this app, REALTORS have access to custom reports from the WebsiteBox portal, which unlock more data than Google Analytics, giving agents the opportunity to fine tune their sites by diving deeper into site statistics like traffic peaks, the amount of time visitors spend on their site, and most viewed pages.

WebsiteBoxs SEO Web app also equips agents with detailed demographic information. Not only are they able to uncover who their website visitors are, but they can also identify geographic and online location of site visitors, providing a greater understanding of the impact of their online marketing efforts.

When it comes to understanding SEO practices, many REALTORS dont know where to start. The website needs to have more than just pretty pictures, said WebsiteBox CEO Peyman Aleagha. The SEO app is an additional tool we wanted to provide our clients because SEO is one of the most affordable and sure fire ways to increase website traffic. The app provides real estate agents a starting point with SEO by identifying issues and solutions that may be preventing their website from being picked up by search engines.

WebsiteBoxs SEO Web app is just one of the powerful tools included in WebsiteBoxs service. For a one-time fee of $99, WebsiteBox provides REALTORS with a fully customizable and feature-rich website that makes improving online presence easy and effective.

(Toronto) - March. 19, 2014 WebsiteBox, a leader in the development and support of low-cost, fully customizable websites for REALTORS, signed up more than 5,000 new customers for its feature-rich, $99 real estate websites during its first year in business. Since demand for the affordable websites surged during the companys first 12 months post-launch, WebsiteBox.com CEO Peyman Aleagha announced the companys decision to enlist Amazon.coms powerful cloud hosting platform to ensure expandable, on-demand hosting 24/7.

Since launching on Jan. 16 2013, WebsiteBox has exceeded all expectations in its mission to provide realtors with the technology they need to grow their businesses, at a price they can afford. By spring of last year, word of WebsiteBox.coms quality products and services had spread exponentially. Once real estate professionals saw that others were buying and confirming the quality of the website packages, customers began streaming in.

Before WebsiteBox.com launched, realtors were paying high prices and high monthly fees for development and on-going hosting of their websites. When WebsiteBox first introduced its sophisticated websites with integrated IDX and CRM, it did not take long for realtors to learn that there were no hidden fees or catches.

Once they discover all that we give them for a one-time fee of only $99, they figure making the switch is a no-brainer, Aleagha says. We stand by every WebsiteBox product with a 30-day money back guarantee, so theres no reason for our customers to hesitate.

Realtor and WebsiteBox customer Alan Randal confirms that what he thought sounded too good to be true when it was first released turned out to be not only true, but a great investment in his business.

Ive never been more enthusiastic about endorsing a company as I am about WebsiteBox, Randal says. My website is attractive, feature-rich and well designed for the real estate industry.

WebsiteBox websites come loaded with valuable productivity tools at an unbelievably low price, and since I purchased our offices WebsiteBox site I have had the pleasure of working with the most competent customer support staff Ive encountered.

Randal says that his experiences with WebsiteBoxs customer service team has been so efficient and prompt, he cant help but encourage all of the agents at his firm to sign up.

This is a rare case where something that seems too good to be true really is!

According to Aleagha, part of keeping that customer experience positive was realizing that the initial hosting infrastructure would quickly be outgrown by the volume of new customers. Before a problem occurred, the decision was made to move to Amazon.coms powerful AWS infrastructure, with an expandable cloud platform that takes the worry about limited hardware infrastructure.

Our mission is clear, Aleagha says. We want to provide real estate agents with great technology at an affordable price, and it has paid off with a great reception from the real estate industry after being in business for such a short time; now that we have been able to upgrade our hosting platform to Amazons powerful cloud servers, we can offer our clients websites that load faster with almost zero downtime.

One of our core commitments is to continuously give back to our clients who have shown us so much support. We will continue to innovate and improve our product over timejust one of the many ways we plan to give our clients even more than they expect.

(Toronto) - January. 23, 2014 WebsiteBox, the award-winning creator of full-featured real estate websites for a one-time charge of $99, earned accolades from RE Technology after the online Real Estate tech publication named its product review, Best of 2013: Introducing WebsiteBox, the number one most popular article of 2013. According to RE Technology Content Manager Kelly Phelan, this marks the first time a product review has been named the top-read article in RE Technologys history.

In writing the product review, Phelan answered the question everyone had been asking since WebsiteBox launched in January 2013: Is it too good to be true?

RE Technology is an online real estate technology products and services website founded by four real estate tech veterans. RETechnology.com provides real estate industry professionals with the best resources to meet their business needs, providing agents and brokers with content focused on the latest real estate technology.

Real estate agents and brokers throughout the U.S. and Canada depend on RE Technology for news and information on affordable tech tools that will give them a competitive edge in growing their business. When the WebsiteBox.com product review was published in June 2013, Phelan says it received a lot of attention from REALTORS wanting to know if this $99 website offering was real.

This is one of those rare circumstances where something which appears too good to be true actually is true, and WebsiteBox proved that old clich isnt always true, Phelan says.

WebsiteBox has differentiated themselves in a way thats hard to ignoreby appealing to agents wallets, Phelan wrote in the review. WebsiteBox is robust in ways that, we admit, surprised us.

WebsiteBox CEO Peyman Aleagha welcomes REALTORS and real estate publications everywhere to check out the product for themselves; Aleagha promises to personally deliver a live demo to publications interested in taking an in-depth look at WebsiteBoxs features.

One of the most common questions we hear is how can we offer such a great product for just $99, Aleagha says. REALTORS everywhere think that it is too good to be true, until they try our product.

Once they get their hands on our technology they quickly learn that WebsiteBox is the real deal, which is why we are confident about offering every client a 30-day money back guarantee.

Phelan says that WebsiteBox provided RE Technology reviewers more than one surprise.

For the first time ever, the number one spot goes to a product review, Phelan says. That reflects just how curious real estate agents were to learn about WebsiteBox's unique pricing strategy after the company captured attention at Inman NY last year.

WebsiteBox was designed with the concept of putting REALTORS in charge of their own success with sophisticated technology and a price everyone can afford.

They could also receive detailed analytical data such as price range, types of homes and neighborhoods their clients are viewing, and set up property email alerts for clients to assure no new listings are missed.

WebsiteBoxs Lead Capture App helps home buyers in their quest to find their dream home. REALTORS are now fully-equipped to stay abreast of client activities on their websites and suggest relevant properties based on clients search patterns. Additional benefits include:

- Improved communication between REALTOR and client.
- Collaborative tools to engage website visitors.
- Eliminates the need to send links via email to share and discuss properties.

About South Carolina Real Estate Association:
South Carolina Real Estate Association, headquartered in Lexington, was formed by real estate professionals for real estate professionals to resolve the need for a true working association with cutting edge benefits for its members.

It also addressed the need for an agent-focused association that can provide an alternative to monopoly associations, integrate and centralize industry tools, offer affordable membership fees and enhance membership value in the process. South Carolina Real Estate Association is a proud member of the American Association of Real Estate Professionals (AAORP). (Toronto) - July. 18, 2013 WebsiteBox is rolling out its full CREA MLS integration in its $99 real estate website packages, increasing the companys MLS integration count to 262 boards. The move will make WebsiteBoxs affordable, do-it-all website packages available to more than 96 MLS boards and 106,000 Canadian REALTORS.

WebsiteBox, an award-winning creator of full-featured real estate websites for a one-time charge of $99, has announced the integration of CREA (Canadian Real Estate Association) to its mobile-friendly website platform. The CREA MLS Integration is part of WebsiteBox.coms feature-packed website offerings for REALTORS that include ready-to-go content, lead-capture and customer-relationship management (CRM), full Integration with local MLS boards (IDX), free lifetime web hosting and more.

WebsiteBox utilizes the Internet Data Exchange (IDX) policy instituted by the National Association of REALTORS (NAR), which establishes how MLS member participants can display active MLS listing information on their websites. IDX allows REALTORS to show MLS listings on their website for marketing purposes, allowing access to thousands of listings in a customized format. Integration of CREA will up WebsiteBoxs MLS Integration profile to 262 MLS Boards across North America, making WebsiteBox one of the most powerful IDX solutions available.

The WebsiteBox IDX solution is fully integrated into its customized REALTOR websites to help REALTORS with their sites SEO (search engine optimization) and overall marketing capabilities.

The alternative, Framed IDX (currently the most common in the real estate industry,) is not crawlable by Google or other search engines, an important distinction between the two solutions.

Proud of its Canadian heritage, the Toronto-based WebsiteBox is particularly pleased with the benefits its CREA integration will offer Canadian REALTORS.

We are excited to see the impact our remarkable and affordable IDX Integrated websites will have on the way Canadian REALTORS do business, says WebsiteBox CEO Peyman Aleagha. As word spreads regarding our effective, innovative technology designed specifically for the real estate industry, its only a matter of time before the majority of real estate professionals stop fearing the $99 price tag and make this powerful website solution their own.

The Canadian Real Estate Association (CREA) is one of Canadas largest single-industry trade associations, representing more than 106,000 REALTORS working through more than 90 real estate Boards and Associations.

The announcement of its CREA Integration comes just one day after CREA released new statistical findings that show Canadian home sales rose 3.3 percent from May to June 2013, building on gains recorded in the previous two months. For the second month in a row, sales improved in the majority of local markets, says CREA President Laura Leyser.

With home sales in Canada improved in two-thirds of the countrys local markets in June, CREA integration in WebSiteBox.coms product platform could not come at a better time, Aleagha says.

For REALTORS, the jump in Canadas resale housing numbers is great news, Aleagha says. REALTORS are always looking for affordable ways to market themselves, and we designed WebsiteBox with that in mind. Many REALTORS simply cant afford the high priced websites, IDX, and client relationship management solutions that have held industry professionals captive for so many years.

Now that WebsiteBox integration with CREA is launched, there should be no more excuses for paying more than a one-time fee of $99 for a website with all the power and innovation they need.

According to Aleagha, the key advantage that CREA Integration provides to real estate websites is its ability to boost website ranking among the search engines, including Google. The added text and images from the multitudes of CREA listings greatly enhance each WebsiteBox websites keyword index, which in turn increases the number of visitors to the site, generating more leads.

In addition, REALTORS with a WebsiteBox CREA Integrated website are able to have their listings posted on multiple websites simultaneously, reaching a substantially larger number of viewers for greater lead generation and faster property sales.

WebsiteBox.com websites ensure that REALTORS have full control of and accessibility to their own listings, whether they are displayed on their own website or elsewhere, guaranteeing their content is both accurate and up to date.

MLS is a co-operative marketing system used only by Canadas real estate Boards to ensure maximum exposure of properties listed for sale. WebsiteBox offers MLS integration in more than 262 MLS associations throughout the U.S. and Canada.

(Toronto) - June. 13, 2013 Innovators at WebsiteBox.com have launched a new Web app that allows REALTORS to create customized Craigslist real estate ads that generate leads and prospects for all types of properties..

The WebsiteBox.com Craigslist Web app provides real estate professionals with four different Craigslist ad templates, each one completely customizable for creating impressive graphic ads that stand out. Ads composed with the Craigslist real estate listings app can be easily updated or recycled with new property listings for time-saving convenience.

REALTORS can add property photos, regional maps, logos and property-specific information to their Craigslist ads in minutes; they can also choose from a wide color palette to further customize each ad.

The WebsiteBox Craigslist Web app for real estate agents addresses the importance of Craigslist as a classified listing source that has virtually replaced traditional newspaper classifieds. According to digital marketing experts at Compete, an online publication that gathers digital intelligence, based on the online behavior of millions of consumers, 72.8 million people visited Craigslist during the month of May, 2013.

Craigslist is currently ranked the Internets 13th most visited website.

Craigslist for real estate agents offers a quick and free way to generate leads and drive traffic to a real estate website. Those agents who regularly post ads on Craigslist that include a link to their website are taking full advantage of Craiglists powerful, free classified services. But finding a way to stand out in a sea of free ads makes it harder to be noticed. WebsiteBoxs Craigslist app provides REALTORS with bold, colorful and fully customizable ad templates that gives users a definitive edge when it comes to generating new leads.

We recognized the challenges of getting noticed on Craigslist and came up with a solution that allows real estate agents to create eye-catching ads that stand out, says WebsiteBox CEO Peyman Aleagha. Our Craigslist app makes it easy for REALTORS to create high-quality, professional ads for Craigslist that get the attention of home buyers.

The app also allows agents to customize the design of their ads to reflect their own personal style and brand, seriously enhancing the potential of Craigslist for real estate agents.

For a one-time-fee of $99, the WebsiteBox Craigslist app makes the task of creating, submitting and publishing real estate ads on Craigslist fast, easy, and very effective.

(Toronto) - June. 06, 2013 Real estate website technology startup WebsiteBox.com has been named one of North Americas top 50 real estate technology firms by RETech:50. The recognition comes less than six months post-launch for the real estate technology start-up that offers a $99 do-it-all website designed specifically for REALTORS.

Less than six months after launching as a real estate technology startup, WebsiteBox has been named to HousingWire Magazines inaugural RETech:50 list of top real estate technology firms for 2013.

The award recognizes WebsiteBox.com as part of a select group of firms that includes some industry heavyweights like Zillow, Trulia and Realtor.com. All 50 firms named were selected in part for their potential impact on the real estate industry through technological innovation.

HousingWires editorial board reviewed more than 200 submissions contributed during an open nomination process before narrowing the list down to the final 50 firms most likely to have an impact on the real estate industry in the next 12 months.

WebsiteBox offers feature-rich real estate websites for agents, teams and offices at a one-time, $99 price the lowest in the market. Sites are search engine optimized and come with ready-to-publish content that is customizable by specialty. Each site comes with lead capture and customer relationship management capabilities in an all-in-one control panel, a branded email address, 24/7 website hosting and full Internet Data Exchange (IDX) search integration.

WebsiteBox websites are mobile-friendly thanks to incorporated responsive design, a type of Web design that performs in concert with the device accessing it.

WebsiteBox has been very well received by the real estate community, says WebsiteBox CEO Peyman Aleagha. We are very happy to be recognized by HousingWire as a true value provider of technology services to the real estate industry.

The real estate industrys strong come-back in the wake of the countrys financial crisis is due in large part to technological advances and innovations that have provided the most talented and forward thinking firms with the opportunity to sustain market growth while shedding old industry standards that dont work in todays economy.

HousingWire CEO Paul Jackson says the HW RETech:50 awards were designed to place a congratulatory spotlight on WebsiteBox and the 49 other recognized firms. Jackson says the intent is to drive awareness and prestige to these firms who have proven their leadership in redesigning the future of the real estate industry.

In its decision to name WebsiteBox to this years list of award winners, HousingWire cited the following: With a price tag below $100, WebsiteBox gets considerable attention. Produced by a small startup, its $99 offering promises to do everything and more than its cloud-based client management competitors: Provide a fully functioning website with social media integration, ability to embed video and provide enhanced customization options.

If for no other reason, (WebsiteBox) stands out for being able to do all this at what seems like a ridiculously low price in an arena where such enabling often comes at a hefty premium.

WebsiteBox and other winning firms are featured in the June 2013 issue of HousingWire Magazine, and were recognized at the REX 2013 real estate conference in Fort Worth, Texas.

(Toronto) - Jan. 29, 2013 WebsiteBox -- a real estate industry upstart that provides complete, hosted websites to real estate professionals for a one-time payment of $99 -- has today acquired RealtySoft.com from its parent Atigana, Inc., of Toronto.

WebsiteBox recently premiered -- at Inmans 2013 Real Estate Connect conference in New York -- three do-it-all $99 real estate website packages that agents, teams, and offices can use to build real estate websites that help them showcase properties, manage customer relationships and provide mobile-friendly site access to their clientele. The companys value offerings were quickly labelled by the Real Estate Marketing Insider as the Web Marketing Story of the Week.

RealtySoft.com, also based in Toronto, has developed high-value, low-cost web marketing tools for North American agents and brokers since 2008. Prior to the acquisition of RealtySoft.com, WebsiteBox licensed Internet Data Exchange/Multiple Listing Service (IDX/MLS) from RealtySoft.com.

The acquisition of RealtySoft ensures that we can offer both the best value and best full-service offering in the real estate website arena, said WebsiteBox founder Kurt D. Lynn. We look forward to integrating them into our overall mission of providing real value to the REALTOR.

About WebsiteBox:
Toronto-based WebsiteBox is a new private company founded in 2012 by a group of technology professionals determined to establish a new value point in the real estate industry. Led by serial entrepreneur Kurt Lynn, the WebsiteBox value offerings now provide the best value point available in North American real estate. The company website has more information at https://www.websitebox.com/.

(New York) -- Inman News Conference Start-up Alley - Jan. 16, 2013 - For a single payment of $99, real estate professionals in the U.S. and Canada can now purchase a sharp, attractive, mobile-friendly website, with ready-to-publish content, full MLS Integration with their local MLS associations (IDX), lead capture and customer-relationship management (CRM), an all-in-one control panel, an email address, and perpetual 24/7 website hosting. The new service is from WebsiteBox, an Internet start-up in Toronto.

WebsiteBox offers three $99 real-estate website packages for agents, teams, and brokers. In each version, users can configure a mobile-friendly real-estate website, or choose content to address their real-estate specialties, such as making single property sites, neighborhood sites, commercial real estate sites, rental sites, condo sites, and property-management sites.

The new product and price point from WebsiteBox has the potential to "upset the apple cart," and signals the commoditization of real estate website technology, according to Kurt D Lynn, the company’s chief executive.

"In every other industry," Lynn says, "Website technology sells for a fraction of the price that the real estate agent or broker has been asked to pay. We thought it was about time someone offered an appropriate price for good-looking, mobile-friendly sites for U.S. and Canadian real-estate professionals."

Equivalent services from WebsiteBox competitors are priced between $100 and $1500 per year just for the website, according to recent industry data from the National Association of REALTORS. Other features -- like IDX, or CRM -- typically cost extra.

"That’s tantamount to price gouging," says Lynn, "But there’s no need for real estate professionals to get their pockets picked now that there’s WebsiteBox. We deploy modern Internet technology, customize it to conform to real estate requirements, and sell it at a fair price. It’s no small irony that, simply by doing what’s typical in other markets, we’ll be the value leader in the real estate world."

The company expects its low price to accelerate the way websites are used in the real estate marketplace. "At $99, agents now can afford to have a single-property website for any listing in their portfolio. For brokers, the $99 price tag, together with the collaborative CRM built into each website, will allow every agent in the brokerage to have a personalized website," says Lynn.

The WebsiteBox Do-It-All Websites for Real-Estate Professionals are available now and can be ordered and installed online in less than 30 minutes. Like any typical website hosting, each WebsiteBox website can be accessorized with personalized domains, additional email addresses, drip email-marketing campaigns, and other applications for a very nominal added cost.
